1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Studioso ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use Studioso for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in Studioso
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Subscription and Billing

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (monthly or annually). Billing cycles are set at the time of subscription purchase.

A valid payment method, including credit card, is required to process the payment for your subscription. You must provide accurate and complete billing information.

5. Free Trial

Studioso may offer a 3-day free trial to new users. At the end of the free trial period, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial period ends.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you have questions about refunds.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Studioso and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

8. User Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Studioso, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
